In accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance ("the Ordinance") and the Code of Practice on Consumer Credit Data ("the Code"), and any legislation or guidelines issued by the Privacy Commissioner or other regulatory bodies, any customer has the right to:
(i) check whether ONEFi holds data about him and be given access to such data; (ii) require ONEFi to correct any data relating to him which is inaccurate; (iii) ascertain ONEFi's policies and practices in relation to data and to be informed of the kind of personal data held by ONEFi; (iv) require ONEFi to supply him with further information in relation to the data, the identity of those to whom the data is usually disclosed and the purpose of the disclosure; (v) instruct ONEFi that upon full settlement of all outstanding indebtedness in respect of any account(s) with ONEFi, to make a request to the relevant credit reference agency to delete from its database any account information relating to such account(s) but such instruction may only be given after the account has been closed for five years or more and there has been no overdue payment for more than 60 days in respect of any of the outstanding indebtedness within the five-year period immediately before the account is closed. Account repayment information includes the last repayment amount due, the last repayment amount made within the reporting period (i.e. the period of not more than 31 days immediately before the date on which ONEFi last provided account information to the credit reference agency), the remaining available credit or outstanding indebtedness and indebtedness data (i.e. overdue indebtedness and number of days overdue, date of repayment of overdue indebtedness, and date of full settlement of overdue indebtedness of more than 60 days (if any))).
